Local artists who plan to enter Santa Fe's annual city poster competition this year will find the rules have changed.

Instead of seeking only two-dimensional artworks and printing large-format posters of the winning image, the city Arts Commission will accept both framed, two-dimensional works and three-dimensional sculptures, and will feature the Best of Show winner on notecards produced by the city.
