The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art -- MoCCA is pleased to announce that PETER KUPER (the co-founder of World War 3 Illustrated) has designed the image for the 2011 MoCCA Festival poster and t-shirt in honor of the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art -- MoCCA's 10th anniversary. He has published over twenty books including an adaptation of Franz Kafka's The Metamorphosis. His latest book is Diario de Oaxaca a journal of two years he spent living in Mexico.
