A "Postcard Collection" is not the same thing as a "Postcard Accumulation". Being a postcard dealer, I see many of each on a regular basis. It's easy to tell the difference. A postcard collection is an organized, focused, and actively collected group of cards. The best cards are usually found in collections.

Crescent City Depression glass show in Kenner, New Orleans March 2011

Crescent City Depression glass show to be held in Kenner | NOLA.com:

"It’s going to be a collector’s market at the Crescent City Depression Glass Society’s 35th annual vintage glass and collectibles show Saturday and Sunday.

The popular show featuring vintage items will be held Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pontchartrain Center on Williams Boulevard in Kenner, New Orleans."

The Crescent City Depression Glass Society, also a nonprofit group, meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Metairie Lions Club, 1627 Metairie Road in Metairie.
